ご登録いただきました個人情報は，「徳島大学プライバシーポリシー」に基づき，適正な取扱いおよび管理をいたします。
しかしながら，以下のいずれかの場合は，個人情報を提供することにご同意ください。

• 法令に基づき第三者への提供を行う必要がある場合
• 本人又は第三者の生命，身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合

Personal information registered is strictly managed under the "Tokushima University Privacy Policy". We will handle the personal information you provide appropriately.
However, in the following cases, you agree to provide personal information.

• When it is necessary to provide personal information to a third party based on laws and regulations
• When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of the person or a third party

2. 安全保障輸出管理について

徳島大学では，「外国為替及び外国貿易法」に基づいて「徳島大学安全保障輸出管理規則」を定めて，物品の輸出，技術の提供，人材の交流の観点から学生の受入れに関して，厳格な審査を実施しています。
規制されている事項に該当する場合は，希望する研究活動に制限がかかる場合や，教育が受けられない場合があります。願書の提出の前に指導教員予定者と相談をするなど，出願にあたっては注意してください。

Tokushima University has established the ‘Tokushima University Security Export Control Regulations’ based on the ‘Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act’ and rigorously determines the acceptance of students by considering the goods exported, the technology provided, and the exchanges in human resources that will take place.
If your activities fall within the ambit of any of these regulations, your desired research activities may be restricted, or you may not be able to take certain coursework. Hence, please be careful when you are applying and take any necessary precautions such as consulting with your prospective academic supervisor before submitting your application.
